To receive authorization for merchandise returns, please complete the request form below, providing all the required information. Any incomplete forms will not be considered by our technical department.
The generated R.M.A. number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package to be received. Without this number clearly displayed, no merchandise returns will be accepted.
The product must be shipped exclusively via international couriers (no postal services) to our company, shipping prepaid!
