World Trade Display is an international specializing in the design and direct production of displays and digital signage solutions with high emotional and communicative impact. Thanks to its sales force established over decades and its highly qualified support, it is able to cover the needs of dealers worldwide. The commercial offerings are wide and varied and independently designing and marketing the full range of products under the WTD brand is able to meet multiple solutions through its products.


Over the years, World Trade Display has developed a special ability in penetrating international markets through strategies & partnerships with the most established “panel makers” worldwide, creating with these players a broad and deep working relationship, to the point of independently obtaining the ability to design and offer in the international market its own customized solutions; also developing working synergies specifically designed for the client, based on the best ratio of quality/price and also on the new technologies of the future available.

History

In 1993, the year of “start up” company, the core business of the company, then called Worldtrade, was focused essentially in the world of information technology and more specifically on the distribution of basic components for the assembly of personal computers, covering the entire assembly process.

It then became in the 1990s, one of the most popular companies in Italy that would contribute extensively to the entireinformation technology national wholesale; in the years to follow, with new digital technologies boosting several fields of application, the company responded to an increasingly articulated and frequent demand in the area of interactive displays.

Throughout the 2000s in fact, the company diverted its expertise to theexclusive world of displays, in all its forms and technologies; this following a precise choice desired by the current president and founder “Riccardo Taccardi“, once again leading the company to be a unique player of its kind and contemplate an increasingly wide commercial audience and at an international level.

Since 2010, World Trade Display has undergone a major process of development, entering into new “joint ventures” direct with a variety of factories in the Far-East, moving from simple marketing to the direct design and production of its entire range of products now marketed under its own WTD brand.

Special attention has also been paid in the following years to the so-called “Digital Signage“, the demand for which is growing steadily worldwide because of the increasing number of applications and multiple possibilities for use in public areas such as “Dynamic Messaging Solutions”

Easy to order in WTD

At World Trade Display, our goal is to make your experience as smooth and hassle-free, ensuring that you receive a high-quality product that meets your expectations, from project evaluation to after-sales, we ensure that every step is carefully executed to meet your requirements; here are the steps to follow:

Step 1 – Project Evaluation (1–2 days)

The first step is to evaluate the requirements and expectations of your project.

We have a dedicated team that works closely with you to understand your needs, answer any questions you may have, and provide expert guidance. This evaluation process typically takes 1–2 days to gather all the necessary information.

Step 2 – Sample Shipment (1–3 days)

Once the design evaluation is complete, our team will send you samples according to your specifications; this process can take from 1 to 3 days, depending on the complexity of the product and the diversity of configuration required regarding any Android or PC Boards; in fact, we give high priority to maintaining high quality standards during this phase!

Step 3 – Product Confirmation (1–2 days)

After receiving the samples, we encourage you to carefully review them. Once the design and product quality meet your expectations, we will proceed with the final order. This step typically takes 1–2 days to ensure everything is securely packed.

Step 4 – Shipping (7–45 days)

When the entire order batch is ready for shipment, production generally takes 25–30 days. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. If you have tight delivery timelines, air shipping is the fastest option, though more expensive, typically taking only 5–7 days. On the other hand, sea shipping is the most economical, but it takes longer, especially considering the current challenges with international shipping routes. We will provide you with a more accurate estimate based on your specific destination and any customs procedures involved.

Step 5 – After-Sales Service
Our commitment does not end with the delivery of your order, in fact, we value our relationship with customers and offer comprehensive after-sales service; if you encounter problems or have questions about the product, our dedicated support team is ready to assist you even remotely.

R.M.A. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ART. 1 – Scope of Application.

The general conditions described herein apply to the provision of goods or services, for any purpose or reason, by our company.

ART. 2 – Electromagnetic compatibility and safety.

Our company certifies that the products supplied meet the applicable standards for magnetic compatibility and safety; any mandatory statements are detailed on the plates or labels on the products, as well as on technical documents that are attached to or available from us. Recipients are obligated to use or sell the goods provided by ensuring the integrity, completeness, and effective usability of this information.

ART. 3 – Guarantees

The products and services provided should be considered covered by a warranty from our company according to the terms and conditions stated and described in this document. The term shall take effect from the date of manufacture of the product or the date of completion of the activities required for the provision of services. The warranty is limited only to the normal operation of the goods supplied and the result of the service rendered. Restoration of normal operation of the supplied goods will be carried out at our center. Our company assumes no responsibility for the operation of the delivered goods under weather conditions or technical conditions other than those prescribed by us and normally written in the technical documents. We explicitly deny any liability for direct or indirect damages not resulting from malfunction. The warranty is void in case of non-payment by the buyer.

Warranty details.

The legal warranty for business-to-business sales, called B2B, lasts 1 year from the of delivery of the goods. The product must be returned carriage paid, in its original packaging and without any damage to its structure.

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • If the label bearing the serial number of the device has been altered or tampered with;
  • Damage or breakage caused by transportation;
  • Damage or breakage resulting from vandalism or natural disasters or caused deliberately;
  • Improper or incorrect installation of the product;
  • Inadequacies or anomalies in the electrical system;
  • Carelessness, negligence, or incompetence in the use of the product;
  • Failure to follow instructions for use;
  • Interventions for alleged errors or poorly performed controls;
  • Unauthorized interventions on the product.

In any case, interventions or manipulations performed on goods supplied by persons not authorized by us will result in immediate forfeiture of the warranty. We have carefully examined, to the best of our knowledge and included in our production practices, the issue of the inviolability of goods supplied by people who wish to deliberately alter the operation of such goods. However, we assume no responsibility for any malicious misconduct or damage even about the accuracy, completeness, and up-to-dateness of the content. Any liability for damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of this website is also excluded.

ART. 4 – Deliveries

Goods supplied are considered delivered from the time and place they are handed over to the courier or transporter; therefore, our company assumes no responsibility for total or partial shortages, damages or delays related to transportation. The consignee is required to scrupulously write on the shipping documents, at the time of delivery, any immediately recognizable defects or damage in the goods delivered. Refusal by the buyer to accept or collect all or part of the goods ordered does not suspend the obligation to pay.

ART. 5 – Right of lien

Goods supplied are to be considered explicitly the property of our company until the agreed price is actually paid in full.

ART. 6 – Returned Goods

Return of defective goods or return of goods for repair must be explicitly authorized by us. We reserve the right to refuse to return the goods or to provide you with a destination other than our own. Responsibility for returns is assumed by us only from the time of actual delivery to the address provided by the buyer.

ART. 7 – Applied Law Court

Supplies are covered under these general conditions and are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising will be handled exclusively by the competent court of Rimini.
