Like all outdoor solutions, the open frame recessed versions designed for outdoor use are equipped with LED backlighting featuring high brightness and deep contrast, as well as enhanced eco-compatibility to improve visibility and readability even under direct sunlight. All our open frame outdoor series come standard with their own cooling fan system, automatically controlled by a microchip, to maintain stable internal temperatures within the display. Additionally, they use special “Industrial” panels capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -35°C to +75°C. The wide variety of open frame solutions designed by WTD are intended to be integrated into kiosk or outdoor dispenser systems, making them ideal for 24/7 operation, even without external buttons or controls to prevent tampering. Available in a broad and diverse range of sizes, they are perfect for applications and installations such as vending, self-service kiosks, digital systems, kiosks, totems, and more. They also support multiple operating systems including Windows, Android, and Linux, thanks to the different versions available with built-in Android or Windows PC boards.
